7-day refund

If the Plugin does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Email support@lottieflow.com with your order details. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days.

You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods, but you retain access until the period ends.

Lifetime licenses are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only.
